Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will give you complete control over your e-mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect e-mail messages from one mailbox account to another, activate e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your email boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email accounts against spam e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming email messages according to specific criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create a filter for any of your mailbox accounts and specify the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Simply choose the mailbox you wish to forward e-mails from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your choice to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
